After a thread lift, your skin needs a little time to settle around the threads. Treating it gently — and avoiding anything that could inflame or over-stimulate it — gives your skin the calmest possible environment to recover, and helps you feel comfortable while it does. Think of the next two weeks as the "settle and soothe" phase.

The first 48 hours: keep it simple and gentle

Cleanse gently with lukewarm water and your fingertips — no rubbing or pressure. A mild cleanser such as micellar biphasic is ideal.
Keep skin hydrated and comfortable with a simple, soothing routine.
Sleep on your back with your head slightly elevated, and avoid sleeping face-down.
Don't touch, press or massage the treated area.

Days 1–2: gentle cleansing, plus soothing and hydrating products only (such as fast skin repair or Panthenol Ceutic), and plenty of rest.
Days 3–7: continue gentle care; you can introduce a regenerative cream like Regen Ceutic if your skin feels comfortable, and keep up daily sun protection.
Week 2: maintain the calm, hydrating routine and keep avoiding strong actives, heat and facial massage.
